    You are stressed out.  Your body needs some rest.  What to do?  I say sit down!  And when you sit down do it in a special way.  This method is excellent to have your body feel a small part of the peace that you will feel when you surrender to God.  We have copied this information from our other website.  To view the information CONNECT TO BETTER4U relax method.

    First, I want you to believe and totally trust your Lord.  He made you and knows how things work.  So if your trust in Him, I guarantee a much needed relaxation for your body.

    The next step is to learn to take a couple deep breaths.  Just exhale and then use your chest and stomach muscles to push more out.  When you have pushed all the air out hold it for a count of three.  When you inhale, just relax and let the lungs fill.  Again, push out the extra air at the end of the exhale and wait for a count of three.  After the third breath, you should immediately feel calmer.

    Now, we need to practice this through the day to have the body deep breathe and feel relaxed.  What we need is a "trigger", something to remind us to do it.  A good example of a "trigger" is when someone sneezes, we say "God bless you".  What a wonderful trigger that is.  What I asking you to use is your own body.  When you sit down (in a chair, at your desk, get in a car, slip on the ice upon the seat of your pants.etc.) use that sitting down as a trigger to do 3 deep breaths and thank God for the moment of relaxation. I now ask that you commit this practice to your body by saying a prayer to the Father stating that you will remember to do it.  Everytime you sit down throughout the day, your body will begin doing it automatically.
